The 2nd to the 5th April, Horeca Lebanon- one of the largest hospitality and food service events in the Middle East- is renewed.
New trends, innovations, round tables and networking sessions are ready to welcome all participants in the modern headquarter of the Seaside Arena in Beirut.
A reference point for the Middle East
Since the first edition of 1994, Horeca Lebanon has expanded and renewed thus becoming a meeting hub for companies and professionals working in the hospitality and catering industry.
The 2018 edition was characterized by 15,000 square meters exhibition space dedicated to more than 350 exhibitors from France, Italy, Turkey, Greece and also from other countries, an area visited by over 18,000 people including chefs and industry experts, caterers, producers, distributors and industry leader.
For a better Industry
For the next edition of Horeca Beirut the slogan will be “For a better Industry”, which is a concept representing the meaning of the event: a meeting and business opportunity place through which being able to deeply understand and influence the world of hospitality and catering in Lebanon.
During the Annual Hospitality Forum, the main players operating in this sector in the Middle East are going to discuss the changes of recent years by highlighting the main trends in the conferences and round tables. Several competitions and discussions are also planned, such as the Junior Chef Competition, the Lebanese Bartenders Competition, the Mocktail Competition, the Art of Service Competition and the Bed Making Competition.
International guests will be attending the event, such as starred chefs Christophe Bacquie and Alan Geaam or Chef Domenico Maggi, Continental Director of the Southern Europe Worldchefs.
